Pension contribution
If you are comprised by one of Finansforbundet’s collective agreements, you are usually entitled to a high pension contribution.
How high is my pension contribution?
You are usually entitled to a pension contribution of at least 16.90%, of which the workplace pays at least 11.65%.
A number of organisations have locally agreed a pension contribution that is higher than 16.90%.
The collective agreements also ensure that the local pension scheme is selected based on locally agreed criteria that aim to secure the best possible market terms for you and your colleagues.
