More in salary is the top priority

More than forty per cent of the members of Finansforbundet have made their opinion known in the survey on what they find most important in the upcoming collective bargaining negotiations. President Kent Petersen is happy about this.

“It’s extremely valuable that so many members have participated in the survey and made their opinion known regarding what we need to bring to the ongoing process of the collective bargaining negotiations with FA at the start of the new year. The collective agreement is for the members and therefore their input is obviously absolutely crucial, because ultimately it has to be used in reality”.
