Launch of report Coping with Compliance: Experiences from 2021
The Nordic Financial Unions (NFU) in cooperation with Finansforbundet invite you to a lunch webinar on the topic of compliance in the finance sector.
NFU has conducted a follow-up report on the 2018-report ‘Coping with Compliance’ which will be presented at this launch event together with the actions required from NFU on stakeholders. Some changes have happened between 2018 and 2021 and some new challenges have emerged. Finance employees do still deal a lot with compliance and regulative tasks, and stress levels and workloads remain high. On the other hand, customers have acquired a greater understanding of Know-Your-Customer requirements. Finance employees view digitalisation both as a helpful tool but also as a potential threat.
The report and its results together with some of the main challenges will be discussed together with the authors of the report Jonas Dhyrbye and Steffen Löfvall from CBS - CPH Learning. The webinar will be moderated by Carin Hallerström and Simon Jernberg from NFU.
The webinar will be held in English, and through the Teams platform. The webinar is open to all finance employees working in the Nordic finance sector. Finansforbundet will provide registered participants with a link to the webinar shortly before the date.
