Join the after-work meeting to get knowledge which enables you to make new decisions that will benefit your everyday life. Everybody employed in Danske Bank are invited.
How often are you your best self at work? Unfortunately, many of us fail to live up to our best. We examine behavioural psychology, neuroscience and years of practical experience to learn more about what we call our natural design. The purpose is to find out how we get better at succeeding.
The experience of speed is increasing in our modern world. Things are just going faster and faster. Digitisation enables us to be online 24/7. We are influenced by a constant flow of information and we have many issues to consider all the time. This affects both our effectiveness and our job satisfaction.
The problem is that our brain and body are not designed for this type of existence. In fact, anatomically speaking, little development has occurred over the past 50,000 years – our natural design has not changed. If we fail to respect our natural design, we pay a price every day. If you want to change this, you must learn to navigate according to a number of assumptions identified long ago by science.
At the workshop, we will work on
- bridging the gap between your aspirations and your actual behaviour
- identifying barriers which prevent increased effectiveness and job satisfaction
- getting a new toolbox that guides you over the obstacles right here and now
- inspiring a new habit design that both motivates you and has the future in mind
