Welcome to Finansforbundet - the trade union for employees in and with relation to the Danish finance sector.

Our objective is to be a competent, innovative and internationally oriented union. We support our individual members to create the best work life for them, and we represent members' economic, professional and social interests. Finansforbundet is independent of party politics, but determined to influence politics at all levels to the benefit of our members.

Our core services are collective bargaining, provision of advice and  counselling, as well as education and training. Finansforbundet is a strong supporter of the Danish model of industrial relations where the social partners negotiate the terms and conditions of employment in the sector.

Dialogue, responsibility, respect and trust are the core values in everything we do. We strive to live up to the principles of Union Governance to make our decisions and political structures transparent to everyone.
